Delivery

Precision and care is used when handling RockwellB's unique paintings. All artwork is protected with padded packaging in order to safeguard its beauty. There is seamless transportation to its final destination.

Deliveries

Continental USA
FedEx or UPS is used for Continental USA shipments.

Rest of the World
DHL or UPS is used for the Rest of the World shipments.

Delivery Costs

Free shipments for all Continental USA shipments.

For the rest of the world, delivery costs are added at checkout. For purchases made through an inquiry, delivery costs will be quoted before an invoice is issued.

Please note that deliveries to some countries maybe subject to customs duties / import tariffs and taxes which the buyer will need to pay in order to receive their goods.

Order Processing Times

Allow 1 - 2 weeks after receipt of cleared funds to process and ship the art.

For commissioned artworks, the processing time will be longer depending on the size and complexity of the artwork.

3-5 days after shipment

Rest of the world
5-7 days after shipment

Returns

Returns are accepted on all artworks with the exception of those which are commissioned.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of delivery. Once a return has been requested the customer has 14 days to return the item.

Please ensure that returned artworks are packed well (reuse the original packaging if still serviceable). Use a suitable carrier method which provides tracking and insurance.

Return delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received in its original condition, a full refund minus the original delivery costs, will be given. Refunds are processed within 14 days of return delivery receipt.

Damaged or Lost in transit artwork

In the event that a shipment is damaged or lost in transit then a full refund will be issued, or if possible the item will be replaced/repaired.

For damaged artwork - please keep all packaging and any damaged items as evidence until the claim is resolved. Please also take photographs of any damage as evidence.

Refunds cannot be given for any loss or damage that occurs if it was left with a neighbor or in a safe place.

For lost artwork - Once the shipping/delivery company have confirmed and accepted responsibility of a loss, a refund can be made.

All Artworks are insured against loss/damage while in transit.
